You’ll also play a key role in helping us deliver a consistent and efficient service as we move to a shared services model, supporting a wide variety of users in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.\n<br/>\n<br/>\nWe are looking for someone with:\n<br/>\n<br/>\nA recognised qualification in an IT related discipline, such as; ITIL Accreditation (Desirable) Service Desk Institute accreditation (Desirable)\n<br/>\nPrevious experience of providing high quality Desktop Support to a large user base.\n<br/>\nExperience with Corporate office systems including Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Printers, Desktop/Laptops and Mobile Devices\n<br/>\nUnderstanding and experience of laptop and desktop hardware maintenance.\n<br/>\nStrong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and high standards\n<br/>\nSelf-motivated and able to work off of your own initiative.\n<br/>\nGood understanding of the importance of IT management controls, processes, and procedures in the delivery of service.\n<br/>\nUnderstanding of legislative and regulatory influences applicable to the credit and finance sectors.\n<br/>\nAble to work collaboratively within the team to deliver on accountabilities and responsibilities.
