Perform appropriate physiologic calibrations to ensure proper signals and make required adjustments. Identify, correct and document artifact Follow a 'lights on\" procedure to verify integrity of collected data and complete the data collection process (repeat the physiological and instrument calibrations and instructs the patient on procedure for results follow up, etc.) Document routine observations, including sleep stages and clinical events, changes in procedure, and other significant events in order to facilitate scoring and interpretation of polysomnographic results. Implement appropriate interventions such as positive airway pressure, oxygen administration and any actions necessary for patient safety. Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to recognize and provide age specific care in the treatment, assessment, and education of pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Score sleep/wake stages by applying professionally accepted guidelines. Score clinical events (such as respiratory events, cardiac events, limb movements, arousals, etc.) using AASM standards. Demonstrate the knowledge and skill necessary to perform portable monitoring equipment preparation and data download. Perform patient education and instruction appropriate for out of center sleep testing. Demonstrate adherence to cleaning and disinfection procedures for all sleep related equipment. Send all completed tests to the Medical Director for interpretation of results. Identify areas for quality improvement and participates in departmental meetings, performance improvement projects and community education programs. When you join us as a Mammography Technologist, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.\n<br/>\n<br/>\nYou Will:\n<br/>\n<br/>\nPerform a variety of tasks involving the operation of mammographic equipment and other equipment/devices with adherence to established company policies and protocols.\n<br/>\nProduce high quality diagnostic images in a timely manner while providing excellent patient care.\n<br/>\nUnderstand and use compression, exposure modes, filter, KvP, Mas, grid selection, focal spot size, AEC selection, photo cell selection and other adjustments and factors on the equipment in order to produce high quality images.\n<br/>\nMonitor patients’ well- being during exams; recognize patient discomfort or medical problems and take appropriate action.\n<br/>\nGuide patients through this sometimes-difficult process by kindly talking them through the steps and answering their questions and concerns regarding exam procedures and process.\n<br/>\nRespond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.\n<br/>\nDemonstrates competency regarding the need to safeguard patient property and Patient Health Information.\n<br/>\nSafeguards any on site medications in accordance with Company policies, procedures and any legal requirements.\n<br/>\nDemonstrates respect for company property, including any cash and patient financial information on site or on patient portals.\n<br/>\nIs responsive to the needs of others by exhibiting and maintaining professional behavior toward patients and coworkers.\n<br/>\nDemonstrates respect for patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities during all interactions.\n<br/>\nDemonstrates ability to interact diplomatically and sympathetically with patients, their families, and the public in a clinical setting.\n<br/>\nDemonstrates ability to establish, nurture, and maintain cooperative working relationships.\n<br/>\n<br/>\nYou Are:\n<br/>\n<br/>\nGenuinely passionate about patient care and exercise sound judgement and an ability to remain professional in all situations\n<br/>\nAble to demonstrate effective and professional communication, interpersonal skills and respect with patients, guests &amp; colleagues\n<br/>\nAble to thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a knack for prioritizing work with a structured approach, and enjoy solving complex problems\n<br/>\n<br/>\nTo Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have:\n<br/>\n<br/>\nARRT(R)(M) certification\n<br/>\nState License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology\n<br/>\nMust have BLS certification\n<br/>\nAt least one year of diagnostic imaging experience is preferred!\n<br/>\n<br/>\n#MMD\n<br/>\n<br/>\nPay Range: USD $34.00 - USD $41.00 /per hour Shift: Varied Shift Variations: Monday-Friday (8 hour shifts) between 7:15am- 5:00pm with Saturday rotation\n",
